The Fruits of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—are exactly that: fruit. They are the natural result of spending time with God. We want our kids to understand that these don’t come from trying harder, but from staying connected to Him. Throughout this series, we’ll look at people in the Bible who displayed these fruits and the relationships they had with God. We’ll also create opportunities for each child to encounter Him personally, so these fruits can be planted in their hearts, grow in their lives, and overflow to the people around them.
